Wok and Roll travels to China through the flavors and techniques of two delicious Cantonese dishes! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make crispy, flaky Chinese scallion pancakes from scratch, mastering the technique that creates their irresistible layers.
We’ll also prepare a tender chicken and pea pod stir-fry with a light, savory sauce that lets the fresh vegetables and delicate flavors shine. You’ll learn essential Chinese cooking techniques, including working with high heat, building flavor, and cooking chicken to perfection.
