Wob Evening Show at The Sultan, London, SW19

Wob travels from Somerset to play a rare London show. He's been one of the U.K's finest singer-songwriters and solo performers for the past thirty years in which time he's released eleven albums and played in all types of venues/festivals in Britain, Europe, Australia and the U.S.A. He has folk and roots influences which he blends perfectly wih melodic power-pop to create infectious, memorable songs. Last year saw an appearance at Wickham Festival and the re-issue of his classic album 'Straight On Till Morning' on vinyl. Wob will play two 45 minute sets, with an interval, starting soon after 7pm. Entrance is free and The Sultan is an award-winning, welcoming pub with a wide range of cask and keg ales, ciders and stouts, all drinks are reasonably priced.
