RIDE DESCRIPTION
This women-only weekly mtb bike ride provides a guided ride, and opportunities to progress your skills.
GOALS
• Support other women in riding MTB.
• Develop and practice skills on the trail.
• Push one another to improve our fitness and bike-handling skills.
REQUIREMENTS
- A mtb and a helmet.
- A headlight (1000+ lumen recommended)
LOCATION
Boyle Park. We will ride Rock Ruins Loop, Spring House Loop, and Grilled. About 8 miles total.
