The World Ninja League (WNL) is one of the largest and most established ninja warrior style obstacle course racing leagues in the world. We're excited to be hosting a Season 10 North Central Region Qualifier at Ninja U Cedar Falls. There are divisions for children starting at age 6 through masters division (40+) and every age in between. All divisions will be included in this event. This event is hosted by Ninja U in Cedar Falls, Iowa and is sanctioned by WNL. The course is designed by Ninja U course designers and veteran athletes in line with the World Ninja League (WNL) for the best ninja experience possible.
WNL Qualifier: The top 3 of each division will advance to the WNL North Central Regionals. As of now the Regional for the North Central Region is unknown. World finals will most likely be held in Greensborough, NC.
Full Course Rules: Full Course competitions are all about doing all of the obstacles in the entire course as efficiently as possible! Athletes receive difficulty points from each obstacle they complete! The harder the obstacle the more difficulty points they receive! Athletes with the most difficulty points will be ranked the highest! If multiple athletes have the same difficulty points the athlete with the better overall time score will be ranked higher! Overall time score is a point value given on each obstacle an athlete completes. The faster the athlete completes a given obstacle relative to the field the more time points they receive on that obstacle!

Registration ends at midnight on the Wednesday before the competition (February 19th). There will be no refunds.
Competitor categories will be capped. Please sign up early to guarantee a spot!

Need To Know
Spectators
Cost is $5 at the door. Spectators must sign a waiver (just Ninja\U waiver). It is best to do this ahead of time. www.ninjau.com/waiver. Young kids spectating may play in our Little Ninjas area or upstairs in our party area.
The course walk-through will be a video. We will share videos with everyone the night before the competition via email.
General climbing chalk and general athletic tape are allowed. Ninja\U does sell small liquid chalk bottles for $6 and large ones for $18.

Food
We will have our usual snacks and drinks for sale at the front desk. There are many restaurants close by, but some of our favorites are Blue Barn BBQ, Cindy Lou's BBQ, Via Sophia (Italian carry out), Greenhouse Kitchen, Panera, Pablo's Mexican Grill (downtown), George's Local (downtown), & Sidecar Coffee.

Open Gym
Participants may attend open gym on Friday anytime between 1-7pm. (No open gym appointments are necessary! Just have your Ninja\U waiver done & come on in!)
