This full-day experience goes beyond the traditional Annual Business Meeting, bringing together REALTORS®, brokers, affiliate members and industry partners from across the region for a day of growth, connection and insight.
Start your morning with coffee, networking and the WMLAR Annual Business Meeting from 9 to 10 a.m., which is free for members. Then hear from keynote speaker Terry Watson and his presentation, Evolve or Evaporate™, along with additional sessions featuring Tom Cronkright and Valerie Garcia. The afternoon continues with breakout sessions focused on business strategy, market trends, risk management, marketing and more, including continuing education opportunities.
The day’s schedule includes:
• 8 a.m. — Doors open with networking alongside industry partners
• 9 to 10 a.m. — Annual Business Meeting
• 10:15 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. — Keynote and breakout sessions (includes CE credit)
• 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. — Networking lunch
• 3 to 5 p.m. — RPAC Social Hour
