Bask in beautiful melodies once again, as Weston Light Orchestra return for their 9th annual Light Lunchtime Prom at All Saints Church! Enjoy our delightful mix of tunes from the Golden Age of Light Music, and Prom favourites such as 'Jerusalem', 'Rule Britannia' and 'Pomp & Circumstance'. Conducted by Paul Beechey, and featuring our own master of the keys Richard Lennox, with guest soloist Marianne Vivash. Tickets £12 on the door include light lunch and a drink. There will also be a great raffle, the proceeds of which will go to the Luhimba project, which works with the people of rural Tanzania in the Luhimba region, helping to build schools, train doctors, and provide whatever is needed most at a particular time.
