A former member of the multi-GRAMMY-winning Afro Latin Jazz Orchestra, he has also been showcased as a soloist with elite ensembles including the Juilliard Jazz Orchestra.
A leading force in modern jazz, has a worldwide following of over 350,000 fans and is equally celebrated as an inspiring educator. He has served as a visiting artist and professor at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music and is the founder of Jazz Lesson Videos and the Global Jazz Workshop.
