On every 2nd & 4th Monday, come join us at the Library for just 20-30 minutes of healthy movement, great for all ages! Modify each exercise, movement or yoga pose to be sitting or standing. Create healthy habits with others in your family or friends circle. We will learn from a guided video and staff help lead the moves!Disclaimer(s)
