FREE Health Coaching Pilot Session – Limited Spaces!
For people on the Isle of Man living with any autoimmune condition.
Without Wings – The Manx Autoimmune Trust is excited to fund a NEW exploratory wellbeing session (note: this is separate to our Be Well & Stay Connected Groups).
Health Coaching for Autoimmune with Professional Health Coach, Wendy Ranft-Gerber.
A practical, solutions focused session designed to help you understand Health Coaching and how it can help you recognise health patterns, set achievable goals, and find simple strategies that support everyday life with an autoimmune diagnosis.
This is a pilot group — only 8 places available (first come, first served).
We’re trialling the format to see how useful health coaching could be for our community and will be asking all participants to fill in a feedback form as part of the event.
Saturday 17th January 11am – 12pm
Venue: Kindly provided by our friends at St John's Ambulance, Glencrutchery Road.
Come for the session, stay for the friendly company and cuppa.
Free but VERY limited spaces so booking is essential and we please do ask that if you can't make it, do let us know well in advance so we can be prepared for numbers and / recirculate.
