Bike MS training season is here! Withlacoochee Trail is a car-free, scenic, mostly shaded, flat, rail-to-trail path near the Pasco/Hernando county line. Ride any distance and pace you like...I’m looking to get in about 50 miles at an easy pace -- distance over speed based on my training.
