Meet our performers
Bradley Judge
Bradley has just completed the star studded West End run of ‘Sister Act the musical’ playing the character of TJ along side, Beverley Knight, Alexandra Burke, Ruth Jones, Lesley Joseph and Lemar. He has appeared in the West End production of ‘Hairspray’ with Michael Ball and Les Dennis as well as many other productions ranging from Hair to Joseph, Pippin, Yank and Grease. Bradley is delighted to appear tonight for SCCC charity who do such wonderful work. Bradley is currently in rehearsals for the pantomime classic Jack and the Beanstalk which opens at Nottingham Playhouse this December.
Alejandro Barnett
My name is Alejandro Barnett, I am 16 years old, and I play Harp, Classical Guitar, Electric Guitar, Bass Guitar, and Piano. I have played harp on BBC Radio Sheffield, and on BBC Look North. I have played with Alis Huws, and Catrin Finch (both former Royal Harpists to the monarch) in masterclass workshops around Wales. I have played on Elton John’s red piano at Royal Albert Hall after winning Elena Cobb’s Star Prize Festival. I have been a member of SMA (Sheffield Music Academy) and of Rotherham Music for 7 years. I have been a part of RNCM Young Harps, and RNCM Pathfinders for 5 years, and I am a member of CSYO (City of Sheffield Youth Orchestra) as well as RSO (Rotherham Symphony Orchestra). I have performed all around Rotherham for pop-up events on behalf of Rotherham Music, and Children’s Capital of Culture, and I have performed in lots of orchestral works for SMA and CSYO. I have also busked all around South Yorkshire, and beyond. I aspire to go to a music conservatoire in London, to train to be a professional musician.
Blucrew
Blucrew is an independent group of volunteers fundraising for Charity by singing at events. The Crew was established in 2009 and is based in Rotherham but does travel for the right event, subject to availability. The singers specialise in producing vocal harmonies to well known popular songs. BluCrew can be found nowadays performing at a huge variety of charity events to help raise awareness and much needed funds, or occasionally to simply raise people’s spirits.
