I'm excited to have Kathleen from Willow's Natural Way join us on this Witch 'Crafting' evening supporting you to discover how Bach Flower Remedies can help support you and your family’s emotional needs providing you with the opportunity to make your own personalise remedy which could in turn to help put that positive spring back into your step!

As a fully qualified and Bach Flower Registered Practitioner, Kathleen from Willow's Natural Way will be giving an informative and practical insight into the world of the Bach Flower System, and you will have an immersive experience of making your own personalised blend in a bottle to take home with you and use.
~
What will be covered during the 2hrs:
~
🌼Have an understanding of the Bach Flower system: how it works and how it comes direct from nature
~
🌸Learn what the flower remedies do and how they help us
~
🌺Learn how to make a personalised blend for a mixing bottle and how to take the remedies
~
🌼Successfully make up a mixing bottle of your selected blend for you to take home and use
~
Investment for this workshop experience will be £25 per person for a 2hr group session
~
Price includes handouts/support e-leaflets (as needed), materials used throughout the session, plus support, along with refreshments Teas/Coffees/Water.
~
You are encouraged to bring your own travel mug to minimise spillages, plus you have a constant drink onhand!
~
Please also feel free to bring a journal and pen to make your own notes
~
