As the nights grow darker in Helsinki, we dare you to join us for a spine-tingling Halloween breakfast at TEK’s office! Together, we’ll uncover the truth about equity in Finnish working life – is it a trick or a treat?
Susanna Bairoh, TEK’s Research Manager, will discuss income differences between men and women in STEM. Spoiler: this isn’t a ghost story – it’s happening right here in Finland.

Virve Murto, TEK’s Researcher, will shine a light (no jack-o’-lanterns needed!) on the experiences of international STEM experts in Finland. Do they feel at home? Do they feel equal to their Finnish peers?
