Tonya is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in nonprofit and for-profit management, fundraising, community engagement, and people development. Throughout her career, she has held executive roles at Woman to Woman Mentoring, Heritage Frederick, T. Rowe Price, and Arbonne International, where she successfully built teams and drove strategic growth. Tonya has a proven track record in business development, leadership coaching, and creating programs that empower individuals to excel in both their personal and professional lives.
Outside of her career, Tonya is a devoted wife to Greg Stier, and together they have two children, Jayden, 20, and James, 17, whom she cherishes deeply. After years of fertility challenges, their prayers were answered when they adopted Jayden through the kinship foster care program at 22 months old, and just weeks after, they discovered they were expecting their second son. Tonya's journey of faith and family is a testament to the extraordinary ways God works in their lives.
Hobbies/Service: Golf, Being the Loudest on the Soccer field and Basketball sideline, Jeep time, beach time, Key City Rotary, Secret Santa, Executive Coaching, Mentorship, being the best hugger.
