In partnership with Women Illawarra, WISE (Women Informed Supported Empowered) is designed to support women aged 55 and over who are experiencing or have experienced housing insecurity and isolation. Aiming to reduce social isolation and foster wellbeing, WISE connects women to helpful services and organisations and provides opportunities to build social networks, increase accessibility to resources, and enhance skills and education.
In this session: Participants will discuss various ways to look after yourself and prevent or manage serious health concerns. Join us for an exciting social and delicious session. Afternoon tea will be provided.
