Wise Eating Moai: Lunchtime Foodies (Jacksonville)

Join us every Friday at lunch time to learn the secrets of blue zones related to eating wisely. We’ll provide lunch and connect with one another about how we can live better, longer. Local restaurateurs will share their tips on how to prioritize eating wisely from grocery shopping, to cooking, to dining. Bring your appetites and curiosity as we learn how to prioritize well-being.
