Is an experienced workshop and retreat facilitator, who have been holding space for healing & transformation for over a decade.
Co-creator of Sacred Womb Festival, a woman`s festival that held over 100 women in sisterhood over 5 days the last 9 years.
She educated in Biodanza Heart In Motion, Womb Awakening, Breathwork, Theta Healing, Tantra Therapy, Munay-Ki Rites, Rite of Passage, and more.
Have been a Shamanic Apprentice since 2005, walking the Path of the Rainbow Warrior.
She is deeply passionate about female embodiment, Tantra, Breathwork, Conscious Relating and Shamanism.

is a passionate dancer, yoga teacher, therapist and soundbath facilitator.
Through her dance workshops her desire is to guide people into deep states of trancendental experiences & into the greatest love that connects & unites us all.
She is founder of Ecstatic dance festival Kristiansand, Saturday Thrive, Spa Yoga, Shamanic dance journey Stavanger, Dans & kulturfest Pådriv & Family chill.
