We begin by creating a sacred container with smoke cleansing, candlelight, and a grounding meditation to set the energy for the journey ahead. You’ll be guided to set a personal intention for healing, wisdom, or transformation.

Using rhythmic music and breath-work, you’ll be led on a deep inner journey to explore the lower, middle, or upper worlds, depending on the theme of the week. This is where you may meet spirit guides, receive messages, and uncover past-life or ancestral insights.

Receive Reiki-infused energy clearing, light language activations, or vibrational sound healing to release stagnant energy and restore balance after the journey.
