Take time to create a yoga practice that meets your needs. This class focuses on alignment, improving strength & stamina, and increasing flexibility. You will be supported in meeting challenges while having fun. Students are encouraged to move at their own pace. Those who are very stiff are welcome. Beginning & continuing students welcome.

This season asks you to awaken to your path of living fully with joy & happiness. Let us till the soil of this 2026 winter. This takes time & effort but is so rewarding. Find those places that are stiff, achy or resistant & bring circulation & range of motion back into muscles & joints. Yoga asanas & meditation build strength & stamina. Come share the work with our yoga community with guidance from Master Yoga Instructor Holiday Johnson.
Her fun, energetic approach helps students learn to enjoy all aspects of practice, including the challenges, and encourages a practice that allows each person's inner wisdom to surface so their body may function fully from head to toe.
