Wisdom Keepers is a monthly gathering that meets the first Friday of each month! We’ll explore the idea that aging well is about more than the passing of years, it’s about growing in self-awareness and giving yourself permission to live authentically. As we journey through life, we gain wisdom about who we are and what we need to thrive. Together, we’ll reflect on how becoming more deeply attuned to ourselves can help us create lives that are fulfilling and aligned with our deepest truths.
While this gathering is especially for adults 50 and over, anyone interested in connecting with older adults, learning from their experiences, or exploring topics related to aging and life’s journey is welcome.
