His firsthand experience as an Olympian provides deep insights into the values of Olympism, including perseverance, teamwork, and excellence. In this session, participants will learn about the elements of Olympism, engage in collaborative exercises to build teamwork and understanding, and leave with renewed purpose, motivation, and practical ideas for incorporating the Olympic spirit into their lives.

He has written books, published a skateboarding magazine, started businesses, worked as a funeral director’s assistant, and birthed non-profit organizations.
