2026 Landlord & Tenant Updates
Thinking about becoming a landlord? Already own rental properties? With 2026 bringing important landlord-tenant updates, now is the time to make sure you’re informed and protected.
Join us in Kenosha for a timely discussion on the latest landlord-tenant law changes, compliance updates, and practical implications for Wisconsin rental property owners. We’ll break down what’s new, what’s changed, and what actions you may need to take to protect your investments.
This session will also include an open Q&A, giving you the opportunity to ask specific questions about leases, evictions, security deposits, notices, fair housing considerations, and more.
If you want to:
✅ Stay compliant and avoid costly mistakes
✅ Understand your rights and responsibilities
✅ Prepare for legal and regulatory changes in 2026
✅ Gain clarity before buying your first rental
This is a meeting you don’t want to miss.
Come ready to learn, ask questions, and walk away more confident in managing or starting your rental portfolio.
