Today, Matt owns and manages nearly 350 residential and commercial units in the Eau Claire area. But his ambition didn't stop there.

Expanding his horizons, Matt also became an owner of several self-storage developments across multiple locations in the United States, diversifying his portfolio and demonstrating his ability to identify high-potential markets.

Matt McHugh is a proud native of Eau Claire, WI. He graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1996 earning a bachelor’s degree in business. He then went on to obtain his Wisconsin Real Estate Broker license in 1998. In 2006, he established his property management company, Clear Water Real Estate Enterprises LLC. Today, Matt owns and manages nearly 350 residential and commercial units in the Eau Claire area. He is also an owner of several self-storage developments spanning multiple locations across the United States. Outside of his professional accomplishments, Matt is a devoted husband and father to two sons, and he values spending time and traveling with his family. He is also a passionate outdoor enthusiast, often spending his free time big game hunting and bird hunting with his two labradors.
