Zach Starnes is a mortgage lender based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, leading Element Mortgage’s Wisconsin locations while actively expanding throughout the state and Midwest. Zach and his team operate by one guiding principle: if it has four walls and a roof, they’ll work tirelessly to find a lending solution that helps clients achieve their goals.
Over the past few years, Zach has developed a strong focus on investment lending, helping investors across the country build and scale their real estate portfolios with loan products designed for growth. Through education, creative problem-solving, and a client-first approach, Zach and his team ensure every deal reaches the finish line. As a real estate investor himself, he truly understands investors’ goals and objectives, allowing him to provide guidance that’s practical, strategic, and actionable.
Outside of work, Zach is married to Kelly and they have two young boys. The family is active in their church, loves to travel, and enjoys exploring local restaurants. A lifelong athlete, Zach has played college football, competitively powerlifted, participated in CrossFit, and recently started long-distance running. He credits fitness with teaching lessons that transcend into all areas of life, especially business.
