Wisconsin Veterans Museum's Book Club Tour

The Wisconsin Veterans Museum is starting a new book club for 2026. This bimonthly book club will meet on Saturdays, and we will be discussing a selection of books focused on military history. For each meeting, there will be a guided tour in the museum galleries with a museum staff member further explaining the context of the readings and showing members how “Wisconsin Was There.”

July's tour will feature The Coldest Winter by David Halberstam. For better enjoyment of this tour, we recommend you get a copy to read before joining us. Buy a copy at the museum store or check it out at your local library.
