Please join us on Friday March 6, 2026! Everyone is welcome!All bidders will be required to fill out a bidder form prior to the auction start time and turn it in.
Winning bidders will pay the amount due, including the $50 to $100 cleaning deposit in cash immediately following the last unit auctioned.
Winning Bidders will have 72 hours to either empty & clean the unit & notify the office or rent the unit if additional time is needed
