The Wiregrass 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb is a powerful tribute honoring all of the first responders who gave their lives on September 11, 2001.Participants have the opportunity to climb the equivalent of 110 stories—the height of the World Trade Center towers—in remembrance of the courage, sacrifice, and heroism shown that day. However, this is not a competition. You can climb as much or as little as you choose—every step is a way to honor and remember.
This event is open to all—first responders, families, and community members—who want to come together in unity. Together, we climb to ensure that those we lost are never forgotten while supporting the mission of the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation, which provides assistance to the families of America’s fallen heroes.
Join us as we climb, remember, and honor their legacy.
