Wired and worn out: The Recalibration
About this Event
The Recalibration
An intimate morning for women who are done just surviving.
August 15, 2026 | 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM | Miami Lakes, FL
This is not a workshop. It is not a meditation class. It is not another morning that tells you to breathe more and stress less.
This is a two-hour clinical experience built around one question: what has chronic stress actually done to your body, and what does that mean for your hormones, your sleep, your mood, and your sense of who you are?
Here is what you will walk into.
A breathwork session that gives your nervous system permission to come down, maybe for the first time in years. A clinical talk from Sabrina Akhavan, MHSc, CAA on the biology of HPA dysregulation and what chronic stress does to the female hormone system. A session with Liany Pacheco, LMFT, licensed psychotherapist and certified mental health and nutrition clinical specialist, who names what chronic stress does to your identity, your relationships, and your sense of self. A curated welcome bag designed around what your body needs that night and the morning after.
And something personal waiting for you when you walk in that reflects back a pattern your body has been living in for a while. You will understand what that means when you arrive.
This morning is for you if you have ever felt wired but exhausted. If your anxiety has started to feel like a personality trait rather than a symptom. If you have been told your labs are normal but nothing feels fine. If you used to feel like yourself and cannot remember exactly when that changed.
Space is limited to 15 women. This is intentional. The intimacy of the room is part of the experience.
What is included: Guided breathwork session. Clinical talk on HPA axis dysregulation and hormone health. Neurowellness session with a licensed psychotherapist. Curated welcome bag. Light refreshments.
Investment: $35 per person.
