Wire Wrap Your Own Geode

Have you ever felt a wave of sadness, resentment, or tension that feels like a weighted blanket soaked in water? In this class, participants will be guided by Instructor and Artist, Cheyenne Clark as they discuss how anger and other emotions can manifest in bodies. Participants will explore exercises to help shake up and release these trapped emotions.

Once some of that raw energy rises to the surface, participants will smash a geode(in a controlled and safe environment), and learn a simple wire wrap that will transform their geode into a keychain or necklace. Each participant will leave with something authentic and beautiful as a reminder to reconnect to our hearts and transform any heaviness into passion. Each participant will also receive a goodie bag with a mini notebook for reflection and a carefully selected crystal to carry with them into the world beyond the workshop.
