Elitsa Asenova is a Senior Product Manager with over 5 years of experience in Machine Learning and AdTech, successfully driving growth in both B2B and B2C environments. With a proven track record at leading tech companies such as Spotify and Unity Technologies, Elitsa has launched products that have generated significant revenue, including $20M in a single quarter. She excels in finding product-market fit, scaling growth strategies, and executing cross-functional projects with efficiency. Elitsa is passionate about building AI-driven solutions and leveraging her expertise to create impactful, scalable products.
- Ruchi Bahadur - Nakisa - Director of Product Management
Ruchi Bahadur is a seasoned product management leader with over 20 years of experience in cloud SaaS products. At Nakisa, she leads the product strategy and development for the IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System), focusing on driving innovation and delivering solutions that meet the evolving needs of global enterprises. Before joining Nakisa, she was Director of Product Management at Tempo Software, where she led the launch of varioys Products with machine learning. With a background spanning software engineering, business analysis, and product management, Ruchi has extensive experience consulting and implementing ERP solutions, particularly in professional services automation and strategic portfolio management. She is also dedicated to sharing knowledge and fostering community growth. Ruchi co-leads the Women in Product Montreal Chapter, organizes events, and is an active member of the Product Tank community, where she presents and shares her insights.
