Winter's Gift, A Giftable Holiday Art Exhibition with a Storybook Twist
About this Event
A Holiday Art Exhibition Conceived and curated by Shylo Silvenar Step into a storybook winter world and take a journey through the places, memories, and experiences that shape us. Winter's Gift invites visitors to wander through work based on a storybook theme inspired by the journey of life.
Enter through the Forest of Memory where the leaves remind you of forgotten moments. Walk the Path of Purpose, every choice leading you to new experiences. Explore the Cave of Reflections and look inward to reflect on your own growth. Share a story at the Inn of Friendship as nourishment for the soul. Stay a moment in the Meadow of Rest to pause and take a breath. And finally see your journey from a new perspective at the Peak of the Mountain of Life.
The Winter's Gift theme and story is by Shylo Silvenar, with original anchor works created especially for the exhibition. These feature mixed media works with images from photographs and memories that explore the theme. Smaller works are from various artists, each bringing their own interpretation to these places, creating pieces that feel like pages from a storybook waiting to be explored.
The exhibition brings together a wide variety of original artwork and handmade gifts by local artists, focusing on giftability and creating a winter world where every piece helps share a little of Winter's Gift. Give something handmade. Give something meaningful.
Come wander through the story. You never know what you might find along the way.
