Through sound + mindful presence, you’ll release what no longer serves, reflect on the cycles of your life + gather your inner warmth. This sound meditation creates space for rest, clarity + renewal, gently preparing your mind, body + spirit to move into the restorative energy of the season.
A sound bath meditation is a restorative experience that gently realigns mind, body + spirit. As you rest, waves of sound from crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes + gong wash over you, creating an atmosphere that eases stress, clears energy + supports deep relaxation.
You’ll be supported in comfort with sheepskin rugs, memory foam, soft pillows, kantha blankets + lavender eye pillows—everything prepared to help you fully let go.
Each session is a sacred pause in your week, offering space for reflection, renewal + transformation. It’s a chance to reset your energy, find balance + reconnect with your inner calm.
Our sound meditations are held in an intimate environment with limited space—preregistration is required.
