🙌 What to Expect
Volunteering at a major Christian concert tour is fast-paced, fun, and incredibly rewarding. Here’s what you can count on:

• You’ll help support the event, artists, and child-sponsorship partners.
• Expect to be on your feet, moving around, and interacting with guests.
• Our on-site Concert Connection rep will walk you through everything once you arrive.
• You’ll serve, meet great people, and enjoy the show throughout the night.
• No prior experience needed — just a great attitude and willingness to help!

📝 Volunteer Responsibilities
This volunteer roles center around helping the tour's child-sponsorship partner, ChildFund International.
Depending on the needs for that night, you may help with:

• Sponsorship table support (answering questions, helping guests understand the process)
• Passing out child sponsorship packets during intermission & at the end of the show
• Collecting completed packets and assisting guests through the sign-up steps
• Helping attendees find open sponsorship packets that match their interests
• Guiding guests to the correct table or rep when they’re ready to sponsor
• Cheering on and celebrating new sponsors throughout the night
• Light line flow awareness to help guests find sponsorship areas easily
• Supporting the on-site rep with any simple admin tasks related to sponsorships

You’ll receive a quick, clear walkthrough of your assignment as soon as you arrive — we’ll make sure you feel confident and supported the entire time!
📅 Day-of Checklist

To make your experience smooth and stress-free:

• ✔️ Confirm your involvement via text 24-48hrs prior to event to secure your spot (we will text you for confirmation!)
• ✔️ Arrive early (allow plenty of time for traffic + parking)
• ✔️ Bring a fully charged phone
• ✔️ Wear comfortable close-toed shoes
• ✔️ Dress appropriately and in layers (arenas can be hot or cold)
• ✔️ Check your email/texts for your arrival instructions

You don't need to bring printed tickets — your digital confirmation for is all we will need for check-in!

Q: Can I sign up friends or family to volunteer with me?

Each person must register individually using their own name, email, phone number, and zip code so we can communicate directly with each volunteer.

Q: What about group sign-ups?

We love groups!
Send us a quick message at [email protected] with:

• the city you want to serve in
• your group size

We’ll help you get everyone added!
Q: Do volunteers receive free tickets?

A volunteer spot does not include a traditional ticketed seat.
However, unless the venue is fully sold out, volunteers have access to a designated seating area to enjoy the show between serving moments.
Q: Is parking provided?

We do not provide or validate event parking. Be sure to allow extra time for parking so you can arrive at check-in on time.
Q: How important is it to arrive on time?

Extremely important!
If you do not arrive by or before the requested time, you may not be allowed entry to the event.
Your arrival time is when our rep is stationed at check-in and ready to get you inside the venue.
Plan to arrive a few minutes early — parking can be unpredictable and we want your experience to be smooth!
Q: Who is my on-site contact, and where do I go?

Once you register, you’ll receive event updates via email and text.
On show day, we’ll send you:

• which entrance to use
• your check-in location
• your on-site contact name + phone number
