Wintering Within: Sound Bath & Expressive Arts

As winter begins to soften into early spring, this gathering offers space to reflect, process, and gently express what’s been resting beneath the surface.

This 90-minute experience blends a grounding sound bath with a guided expressive arts activity. You’ll be invited to explore creative expression as a way of listening to your inner world—no artistic experience needed. The focus is on process, not product, and on meeting yourself with curiosity and compassion.

Soothing sounds from crystal bowls, violin, and other instruments will help calm the nervous system and open space for reflection, while the expressive arts portion offers a tangible way to connect with what this season is stirring within you.

What to expect:

• A grounding meditation and sound bath
• A gentle, guided expressive arts activity
• Space for reflection, creativity, and emotional release
• A supportive, non-judgmental environment

All materials will be provided. You’re welcome to bring a journal if you enjoy writing or reflecting alongside art-making in your own personal journal.

Each Wintering Within event can be attended on its own, or you may register for both sessions at a discounted rate under the Seasonal Path Pass option. The two offerings are designed to complement one another—movement and rest in February, expression and reflection in March. This option will be available at check out for the Wintering Within: Sound Bath & Gentle Movement Eventbrite page and will be applied to both Wintering Within events.
