Join us for a magical evening of connection, reflection, and rejuvenation at our Wintering Circle & Sound Bath, led by the nurturing energies of Jerica and Tallin Church. As we gather in the heart of winter, we will explore the theme of "wintering"—a time for rest, introspection, and renewal.
✨ What to Expect:
- Circle Sharing: Come together in a safe and supportive environment where we can share our experiences, thoughts, and intentions for this winter season. Let’s create a space for vulnerability and growth.
- Guided Meditation: Jerica will lead us through a calming meditation, allowing us to connect with our inner selves and the rhythms of nature during this reflective time.
- Sound Bath Experience: Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of sound as Tallin guides us through a sound bath. Let the soothing tones wash over you, promoting relaxation, healing, and a deep sense of peace.
🌲 What to Bring:
- A yoga mat, blanket, or cushion for comfort (we will have a few extras)
- A journal and pen for reflection
- Any personal items that help you feel grounded (crystals, photos, etc.)
