Step into a candlelit space designed to calm your nervous system and invite deep restoration. This winter-themed sound bath uses gentle, resonant tones to help your body unwind and your mind settle. As the days grow darker and the world becomes louder, “Wintering” reminds us that stillness is not a luxury — it’s a need.
Through crystal bowls, chimes, ocean drum, and soft gong swells, you’ll be guided into a space where your breath can slow, your edges can soften, and your whole being can rest. Come as you are. Leave a little lighter, a little clearer, and a little more at home within yourself.
What to Expect:
No experience is needed—simply lie back, relax, and receive. Many first-timers report feeling more deeply relaxed than they ever have during traditional meditation.
