Through creative expression, mindfulness, and guided reflection, participants are invited to slow down, reconnect with their inner world, and explore what rest and restoration mean for them.
Art-making serves as a tool for emotional healing, self-understanding, and balance. Each week offers opportunities to process feelings, release stress, and cultivate resilience within a supportive community.
No art experience is required — just a willingness to explore and create!
