Join us for a magical day of festive fun at the Kenan Center’s Winterfest on December 14th, 2024, from 10am to 4pm! This family-friendly event is packed with activities that will delight visitors of all ages.Holiday Market: The main highlight of Winterfest is the Holiday Market inside the Kenan Arena. With over 40 local farms, producers, artisans, and crafters, there’s something for everyone. Whether you’re looking for unique gifts or delicious treats, you’ll find it here!
Kids Zone: Keep the little ones entertained with a variety of free and ticketed activities. Free activities include writing letters to Santa and holiday coloring sheets. For even more fun, check out the ticketed activities like the bounce house, giant dart board, face painting, and holiday crafts.
Special Guests: Don’t miss a visit from the Grinch from 10am to 1pm, and at 3:30pm, gather around for Story Time with Mr. & Mrs. Claus.
Photos with Santa: From 1pm to 3pm, head to the beautifully decorated Kenan House for free pictures with Santa, Mrs. Claus, and their Elf named Jingles. It’s the perfect opportunity for memorable family photos in a stunning, ornate mansion.
Entertainment: At 2:30pm, enjoy the Kenan Christmas Cabaret in the Taylor Theatre, a festive performance that will get everyone in the holiday spirit.
Refreshments: Wine and beer will be available for adults to enjoy as they explore the festivities.
