The Jersey Shore Chefs Association Annual Fundraiser

The Jersey Shore Chefs Association, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is proud to host its annual fundraiser, Winterfest, celebrating the talent and dedication of New Jersey’s future culinary professionals.

This special evening will exclusively feature Culinary, Baking & Pastry, and Food Service students from high schools across the state of New Jersey. Guests will enjoy a variety of student-prepared hors d’oeuvres as students showcase their skills, creativity, and professionalism in a real-world culinary event setting.

Proceeds from the event support the Jersey Shore Chefs Association’s mission of giving back to the community. Funds raised help support the the Victor J. Houston Scholarship Fund and other educational and charitable programs throughout the year.
