On Saturday, December 7 before the Winter Spectacular: Holidays of Light concert, enjoy an amazing cultural dining experience highlighting winter solstice foods from around the world. This will be a magical culinary journey, perfect for setting the stage before the concert!Each table of 10 will represent a different country or culture’s winter solstice traditions — including Mexico, Scandinavia, Portugal, Japan, Peru, Romania, Chumash, Italy, Germany/Austria and India — with an immersive cultural display enhancing the festive atmosphere. Bid on unique silent & live auction items to support New West Symphony’s education and outreach initiatives.
