Find your zen this winter with The Open Bottle and instructor Yoga Kim! 🧘Join us for an all-levels yoga class on the 3rd Sunday of every month at our Tinley Park location. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, Kim’s class will guide you through movements designed to boost strength, flexibility, and aid in recovery. Expect a mix of static, flowing, and repetitive movements to improve your alignment, posture, and joint stability.
