The sell-out success of our outdoor summer sessions in the terrace garden, along with the popularity of last winter's indoor classes, means that we are really pleased to, again, be able to offer our warm and bright studio space, for monthly Autumn and Winter yoga classes.
This serene space on the first floor, is fronted by floor-to-ceiling windows so you will be able to watch the seasons change from this tree top location, allowing you to still connect with nature, whilst enjoying your yoga practice.
With each ticket comes a free fruit tea available from the Courtyard Café on the day of your class - just show your ticket in the Cafe.
Hatha Slow Flow Yoga
The perfect combination of a mind and body movement-based practice. This class will be a gentle meditative pace, including traditional sun salutations and hatha yoga poses which will be held longer, emphasising peace and calm as we enjoy practicing in the beauty of the peaceful Peatyards studio. You will be guided through this practice with breathwork, allowing you to connect with your breath, with each intentional slow flow movement.
Please bring a yoga mat and blanket. Additional props may be supplied.
