We’ll take a slow, mindful wander through the winter woodland, inspired by the practice of forest bathing, giving us time to unwind, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the natural world at an easy, unhurried pace. As we move through the trees, we’ll simply notice the sounds, textures, and quiet beauty around us.
At the end of the walk, we’ll gather to enjoy a warm herbal drink, a small moment of comfort and connection to round off the morning.
Please dress warmly and wear comfortable shoes suitable for woodland paths.
