Winter Wonders with Needle Felting

Capture the beauty of winter in wool with this relaxing half-day needle felting workshop. Choose from two atmospheric designs: a magical snowy family scene or a glowing winter sunset, with their beautiful colours, soft textures and peaceful scenery.
Using layers of coloured wool and simple needle felting techniques, you’ll gradually build up your picture, blending shades and adding detail to bring your chosen scene to life. Your tutor will guide you through the process, helping you explore this wonderfully versatile craft while creating your own unique piece of textile art.
Whether you’re drawn to the warm golden glow of a winter sunset or the cool, frosty family scene, you’ll enjoy a creative few hours learning a new skill and making something special to display at home.
This half-day workshop is suitable for anyone wanting to explore needle felting in a friendly, supportive environment. All tools and materials are provided, so you can simply come along and enjoy the experience.
Please note: the mount is not included in the workshop price but can be purchased directly from the tutor on the day.

Good to know:
The venue has parking. Upon arrival, park in the car park at the front of the shop. Unload your vehicle into your classroom. Staff will then advise you where to park your car for the day at the rear of the complex.
There is disabled parking and ramps allowing access to all areas. There is a disabled toilet.
Staff will help anyone in need of assistance. Shop on site selling an enormous range of goods relating to crafting: dressmaking, patchwork & quilting, knitting & crochet, sewing machines and furniture.
There is a coffee shop on site called O for Coffee. Attendees at our classes are visited by coffee shop staff regularly throughout the day to take any orders. Anything consumed during your day is sold at a 10% discount. As well as a large choice of hot and cold drinks, the menu comprises savoury choices including sandwiches, paninis, jacket potatoes and soups. For those with a sweet tooth, there is a selection of cakes and scones made in-house with gluten-free and vegan options.
