Winter Wonderland Gala – Exclusive Vendor Application
About this Event
Join us for an elegant Winter Wonderland Holiday Marketplace & Sponsor Showcase during the 2026 Community Giving Gala & Holiday Toy Drive.
Only 20 vendor spaces are available. Vendors will be carefully selected to provide guests with a beautiful, diverse, and exclusive shopping experience.
VENDOR PACKAGES
$160 – Marketplace Vendor
Vendor table and Gala dinner included.
$200 – Featured Vendor
Vendor table, Gala dinner, and business name displayed on the event screens.
$250 – Premier Vendor
Vendor table, Gala dinner, event-screen recognition, recognition in the souvenir program book, and logo placement on the official step-and-repeat backdrop.
WE PROVIDE
Each approved vendor will receive one professionally dressed vendor table, coordinating table linen, and elegant Winter Wonderland table décor. Vendors may bring approved branded signs and product displays, but all additional decorations must coordinate with the upscale holiday theme.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
Please submit your business name, contact information, a description of your products or services, clear photographs of your products and planned table display, your business logo, and your website or social-media page if available.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors must receive approval before submitting payment. Exclusive, distinctive, high-quality merchandise is preferred, and similar product categories may be limited.
A portion of the proceeds will support programs serving children and families, veterans, individuals experiencing homelessness, and other community needs.
