Join us this holiday season for a special winter solstice sound bath with Shamokin-native musician and traveling sound therapist, James Lamar.The winter solstice marks the longest night of the year, but it also signifies the return of the sun. During this time, we are invited into deep introspection, stillness, and the shadow work we often avoid. James will bring both holiday cheer and an opportunity to meet the darkness with open hearts. This season can be difficult for many, so we offer you this evening of soothing sound. Allow the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, James’ voice and other instruments to wrap you in a warm, cozy blanket of love, healing, and serenity.
This particular sound journey will be musically focused with popular Christmas tunes that James will play using the bowls and his voice. Feel free to bring your “wish list” (what you wish to manifest) as these vibrations can assist with the energy of our manifestations.
