Amuse-Bouche: Asparagus Straws – phyllo dough, butter, Parmesan, and prosciutto, paired with Elizabeth Rose Chardonnay.
Fish Course: Scallops Meunière/Grenobloise – scallops with caper butter, fried capers, lemon zest, and parsley, paired with Ghost Block Sauvignon Blanc.
Entrée: Duck Ratatouille – duck breast with crispy skin bits, ratatouille vegetables, and blueberry balsamic gastrique, paired with Ghost Block Estate Cabernet Sauvignon.
Salad: Bistro Greens – romaine, arugula, butter lettuce, fresh herbs, pickled shallots, walnuts, mustard vinaigrette, and 12-hour tomatoes, paired with Elizabeth Rose Pinot Noir.
Cheese Course: Parmesan Espuma – cheese foam on crackers with microgreens, paired with Oakville Zinfandel.
Dessert: The Pear – red wine poached pear with mascarpone cream, creme anglaise, and candied lemon zest, paired with Elizabeth Rose Chokablock Red Blend.
