This is a little cocoon between the holidays. A breath of fresh air to reconnect and tune back into yourself, in oder to meet the world around from a centred and responsible self.
Responding requires listening: To the body, the mind, hidden dreams and emotions.
Once these are aligned, we’re ready to take on challenges and communicate smoothly with fellow human.
This is your seasonal reset button. Only half of a day needed to bring you back to what’s essential in being an individual, integrated person.
It’s not just for you - but a gift to everyone around you.

This is what you’re getting:
1) Slow Movement & breath
2) Physical dreaming (yin & imagination)
3) candle light gathering ( a dinner in a close by restaurant, TBA)
4 hours of practice. 2 hours candlelight dinner.
Slow moving, breathing and dreaming as preparation for imagination and creating your desired future from a place of safety and groundedness. As an analog approach to the fast paced, digital world this retreat will be a NO PHONE zone, to ensure deeper human connection.

Good to know:
-> 19-20 we’ll gather and eat at a candlelight dinner nearby, which can be booked additionally.
The idea is to have a themed conversation, to connect and communicate about what’s essential personally and globally.
The dinner is optional and will be payed by each person individually, but reservations for 15 people are made, so make sure you’ll let us know whether you join or not.
