Open & youth entries will be entered through the Hares portal and will be added at a later date
NO CHANGES or CORRECTIONS, except ear # changes, AFTER 10 pm on Wednesday, July 29
Ear number changes for $1 are the ONLY allowed changes upon check in, Friday and Day of Show.
A clean up fee of $2.00 per exhibitor per day will be added to each exhibitor’s fees.
Open & Youth entries – received no later than 10 pm, Tuesday, January 5, $5.00
Open & Youth entries – received BEFORE 10 pm Wednesday, January 6, $7.00
Exhibitors are responsible for checking entries for errors and making changes BEFORE judging begins. NO CHANGES MAY BE MADE AT THE JUDGING TABLES other than those approved by the show secretary. Unapproved changes may result in your animal being disqualified by the secretary after the show. Once a show starts, no changes will be made to the paperwork.

Anyone wishing to sell anything other than rabbits or cavies must pay a vendor fee and must receive permission BEFORE the show. Contact Christy Posey, [email protected], to ask about vending. No product pre-sales or pre-orders or deliveries may be made at the show site without permission - in the building or on the Fair grounds.
No sales of any rabbits or cavies will be allowed by anyone not showing rabbits or cavies. No animals are allowed on the property (building or fairgrounds) for sale, trade, transport, display, delivery, culls, or gift by anyone not showing rabbits or cavies. Visitors (anyone not entered in the show) may not carry rabbits/cavies/other animals around the building or fairgrounds or bring them into the building without prior permission. Any exhibitor wishing to sell anything other than rabbits or cavies must pay a vendor fee and must receive permission BEFORE the show. No product pre-sales or pre-orders or deliveries may be made at the show site without permission - in the building or on the Fair grounds.
Your entry is a contract and fees have to be paid, whether or not you attend. If you do not come to the show, you will be sent a bill and will not be allowed to enter animals in future shows until the bill is paid.
There will be a raffle table. We gladly accept donations.
There are 2 CAMPGROUNDS close by.
1) Western Carolina Fairgrounds, this is the show site. RV sites available for $30 per night. Contact Western Carolina State Fair directly to reserve: [email protected] or Fair Office: 803-648-8955. Water and electric, no sewer. Flat, grassy campsites. The only disadvantage to this campground is that the Fair office staff locks the gates to the Fairgrounds and you may be locked inside … or outside (it’s happened to a couple campers before). So if you’re planning on leaving the Fairgrounds any time after the show staff leaves or before they get there in the morning, you might want to think about camping somewhere else.
2) Aiken RV Park, 2424 Columbia Hwy N, Aiken, SC 29805, about 6 minutes from the show site. 803-443-8998. $30 per night. Good reviews on Yelp.
