Tracy McPhail an Ayurvedic Yoga teacher accredited by Yoga Alliance and accredited Sound practitioner and Amanda McGough a qualified Aromatherapist and Meditation teacher invite you to escape the Winter chill and join us for a cosy and rejuvenating Winter Wellness Retreat.

Suitable for beginner and experienced Yoga practitioners.

❄️ Indulge in a soothing Yin Yoga practice by candlelight designed to help you release tension and find deep relaxation.

❄️ Immerse yourself in a blissful Sound Bath experience where the healing vibrations of sound will wash over you leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed.

❄️ Find deep inner peace through meditation aided by the use of essential oils.

You will need:

A Yoga mat

Blanket

Yoga bolster/pillow

Two Yoga bricks/blocks ( Yoga bricks can be provided if needed)

Water bottle

An open heart:)

For participating in a Sound Bath the following contraindications apply:

Sound-induced epilepsy

First trimester of pregnancy

Significant mental health conditions

Those with the following should consult with their GP and inform us:

Second and third trimester of pregnancy

Pacemakers or any other electrical device/implant fitted

Artificial heart valves

Metal implants plates or other metallic items in the body
